Born in Baghdad, Iraq in 1962, Alwan Alwan is a distinguished sculptor renowned for his evocative works that celebrate themes of love, belonging, and human connection. Alwan earned his Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts from the College of Fine Arts at the University of Baghdad between in 1999.
